Getting Free Samples from De Varo Packaging

To ensure fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery of samples, De Varo Packaging offers complete logistical support.

Our logistics team works closely with trusted freight companies to secure the most efficient and economical shipping routes to your door. Freight partners visit our office daily to pick up and drop off packages.

We typically provide 2–3 free sample pieces to clients.

  • Courier fee: The client is responsible for covering the courier cost, which will be fully refunded once the order is confirmed.

  • If you have an Express courier account, you may arrange for pick-up directly from your side.

Sending Packages to Us

If you need to send samples or accessories to us:

  • Always contact us first before dispatching goods to avoid unnecessary import taxes or delays.

  • Provide us with a packing list before shipment.

  • Complete the courier’s declaration form (packing list).

Please ensure:

  • Mark all packages clearly as: “NO COMMERCIAL VALUE – SAMPLES ONLY”

  • Tick “Door-to-door service” or “Signature on delivery” on the courier form.

  • Check import fees in advance, as they vary by country. Consult your local customs office for accurate rates.

  • Provide correct delivery address, postal code, and an active mobile phone number.

  • Important:
    The courier will contact you once the shipment arrives in your country.
    If delivery attempts fail multiple times and the goods are returned to China, the costs incurred will be non-refundable.

Tracking Your Delivery

Once your shipment is dispatched, we will provide:

  • A package photo

  • Waybill image

  • Tracking number

We will also follow up on your shipment status until it is delivered.
